Production Time

All products are made to order. Production typically begins within 24 hours after payment has been received.

Estimated production time of posters: 1–4 business days

During holidays and peak seasons, production may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Golden Swan Idyll partners with multiple global print networks. Products are manufactured as close as possible to the customer's delivery address to reduce delivery times and environmental impact. 

Estimated delivery times after production:

Europe

• Sweden: 2–5 business days
• Nordic countries: 3–7 business days
• EU countries: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Product type
• Package weight and dimensions

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already entered production, Golden Swan Idyll cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, customers must contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
